OpenStudio is our newest series, allowing clients to review the topics covered in the workshops while working on their own projects and portfolio.

Each morning of this four-day series begins with a in introductory demo and Q&A session. Beyond the morning demo, each day of the series is open for the client to review and work on their portfolio. In this regard, this workshop is not a regular instructional series. Though the afternoon sessions are loosely structured, they give participants the opportunity to ask questions and get guidance from either our apprentices or your instructor, David Wolf.

This Monday-Thursday series is offered at our Bay Area studio once a month. Too far? Consider the Learning Vacation.

OpenStudio is open to anyone who has already taken our workshops, is taking the weekend workshops before and after the OpenStudio series, or to those who would like guidance while they work on a project.




ENROLLMENT FEES
$195 per day, $595 for all four days, $495 for those enrolling in either the form•Z or Photoshop series or returning clients.

SCHEDULE
The office is open from 9am-5pm. As the series is loosely structured, it's also perfectly matched with our evening Photoshop Series.

Feel free to work on whatever you like during Monday morning of our OpenStudio week — Photoshop, form•Z, InDesign or GoLive — the first two hours however, are devoted to a form•Z demo and Q&A session.

INDESIGN TUESDAY
During the Tuesday session, you're free to work on whatever you like, the morning however, is devoted to a demo of Adobe InDesign, the most sophisticated page layout program availble today. Forget about Quark or PageMaker, InDesign is the program of choice for today's design professional.

GOLIVE WEDNESDAY
Work on whatever you like during our Wednesday OpenStudio, the first hour, however, is devoted to a demo of Adobe GoLive, a web-authoring program used to create top-notch websites.

OpenStudio
PORTFOLIO THURSDAY
During the Thursday session, you're free to work on whatever you like, the morning however, is devoted to a discussion of what it takes to make a stellar portfolio. We'll discuss web, printed, and PDF formats. Participants are encourage to bring in their artistic and design work to get feedback on how they might best show their art.
